By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:I. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY_{- I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.}
_{- I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.}
_{- I reserve the right to record and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.}
_{- Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.}
_{- The final product is strictly for your personal use only.}
_{- You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.}You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:_{Print the work for personal use.}
_{Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.}
_{Use the artwork as reference for a study.}
_{Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.}You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:_{Claim the artwork as yours.}
_{Remove my watermark/signature.}
_{Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.}
_{Color in my sketches or lineart.}
_{Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.}
_{Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.}II. PAYMENT & FEES_{- Payment is due in full upfront.}
_{- Payment is done through PayPal invoice using EUR.}
_{- A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.}
_{- A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.}
_{- The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.}III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS_{- Provide at least one clear reference image of the character / subject.}
_{- Mood boards are welcome!}
_{- Respond in a timely fashion.}
_{- Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.}
_{- Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.}IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE_{- I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.}
_{- I will show WIPs via email throughout the commission process.}
_{- Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.}
_{- If there is a deadline, it must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.}
_{- I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.}V. REVISIONS_{- One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.}
_{- A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.}
_{- Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.}
_{- Revisions due to my own negligence are free.}
_{- Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.}
_{- It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.}VI. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS_{- Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.}
_{- You may cancel the commission at any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.}
_{- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.}VII. WHAT YOU RECEIVEYou will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process:_{Final sketch;}_{Flat color sketch (not available for all commission types);}_{Final artwork.}VIII. HOW TO ORDERFinally, right?
Simply contact me via Email or any of my Social Media with the specifics of your order. Please include at least one clear reference image of your character, their name, personality & anything else you deem neccessary, such as their backstory. If you have a certain pose or expression in mind that you’d like them to have, let me know! The more specific you are with your request, the better I’ll be able to grasp your vision & provide you with a satisfactory end product.

Reference sheets_{- Includes (although not pictured in example) at least one lined & colored front-facing fullbody and one headshot / bust of your character, as well as their belongings / any notable items they carry. The price of any additional drawings (back view, close-ups, etc.) will vary depending on the complexity of your request.}Base price: 60 EUR.
